Interested in Hosting a Vaccination Clinic?
The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is currently accepting applications for COVID-19 vaccine clinics in the State of Illinois to improve vaccine distribution. This initiative will help to ensure vaccine distribution to any groups that may be interested in hosting a vaccination event or give access to those groups that have hesitant and hard to reach populations.

Please find below the links to request vaccination clinic support in your community:

Equity application – Racial/ethnic minorities, rural populations, immigrant communities and any other community where the clinic could help overcome barriers to vaccination such as language, disability, technology, or transportation.

Schools/Youth Serving Organizations application – Schools, youth, as well as caregivers, school/youth group staff, and surrounding community

Illinois Private Business, Association & Organizations application – All other groups such as private businesses or public events.
