Communicable Disease Control
Infectious diseases continue to pose a significant threat to public health and mortality. The CD program provides investigation and follow-up of mandated communicable diseases reported by medical providers. These diseases are mandated to be reported because they are considered to be contagious, infectious, communicable and dangerous to the public health.
