The Deadline for ALL 2025 Assessment Appeals in LaSalle County is Monday, December 1, 2025

Official Publication of Real Estate Assessments for LaSalle County

Publication lists of 2025 assessment changes, and taxes payable in 2026, are being provided online as a taxpayer service. State law requires publication in local newspapers, however, not all taxpayers subscribe to a local paper and newspapers only keep a limited number of paper copies per issue.

Information at this site is identical to that published and includes the individual township headings which indicate the township multipliers for different types of properties. Please note that only taxpayers which have had an individual change other than township equalization will receive an individual notice. If the only assessment change is the township multiplier for equalization purposes, the assessment heading for each individual township provides your notification of change.
